5: A Guide to Implementing Large Landscape Conservation Programs
This
handbook is intended to assist California water agencies with understanding
and successfully administering landscape conservation programs in accordance
with BMP 5. BMP 5 is one of the Best Management Practices (BMP) identified
in the Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Urban Water Conservation
in California (MOU) as governed by the California Urban Water Conservation
Council (CUWCC). BMP 5 addresses outdoor irrigation at commercial, industrial,
and institutional landscape sites.
